It’s a scoping conversation. No deck, no discovery-call scripts, no pass-off to a “specialist.” Simon takes these himself and ends each one with either a scoped proposal, a clear “let’s talk later,” or an honest “we’re not a fit.” If we can’t help, we’ll say so, and often point you somewhere that can.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you’ve taken the reading quiz, we’ll have your pre-read in hand. If not, just come with the event in mind. Having a working date, a rough scale, and the one decision you’re trying to make is plenty.

What happens after?

Within 48 hours you’ll get a short written follow-up: which product fits, what the scope would look like, what it would cost, and what the lead time is. No auto-generated CRM emails, no five-step drip sequence.

Can I bring a colleague or my team?

Yes. Bring whoever needs to be part of the decision. If you’d rather have a longer working session with multiple stakeholders, just email us and we’ll set a 60-minute one instead.
