Proof

See what event proof looks like when the room, audience, and numbers are read together.

Beats & Ballads Atlanta 2025 is our flagship intelligence case: a founder-led cultural event where community voice, physical engagement, sponsor value, and market context were measured together. Every figure carries an evidence label, so the people you need to convince can audit the work.

Beats & Ballads, Atlanta 2025

Founded by Grammy-nominated songwriter Daijah Ross, Beats & Ballads created a space to just BE for Black creatives and community in Atlanta. Octus measured it as more than an event recap. We connected community voice, physical engagement, ticketing, receipts, social proof, and local market context into one proof story.

The room filled and held. The Sound Booth emerged as the organic gravitational center, a behavior pattern rather than a branded placement. Consented attendee voice carried the feeling that the numbers could not, including one line that stuck: a great night to be black and creative.

Every figure is labeled measured, calculated, or estimated, so a partner can trust exactly what is hard and what is modeled. The composite Trust Score landed at 82 out of 100. A community nobody had measured turned out to be worth proving.

Methodology

Every serious number comes with a receipt.

Every number in an Octus report carries a confidence label. A sponsor can see what was measured, what was calculated, what was estimated, and what still needs better capture before using the report in a renewal conversation.

MeasuredDirectly observed, captured, or counted.
CalculatedBuilt from measured inputs by transparent formula.
EstimatedModeled from incomplete evidence, every assumption named.
Verified from sourcePulled from a source report or system of record, not real time.
LiveStreaming from a live data source at time of view.

Source notes show where each figure came from: ticketing, surveys, field capture, social activity, commerce, or public records.

No mystery math. No inflated recap.
No pretending weak data is stronger than it is.

From the floor

Proof starts where the night happens.

Octus field operators capture what your tools miss: where people gather, what holds attention, what creates friction. Always in aggregate, no facial recognition or individual tracking, just evidence strong enough to sharpen the next sponsor conversation.
