Terms
Plain terms for using Octus.
These terms cover use of the Octus website, public materials, scoping calls, and service information. They are not a substitute for a signed project agreement.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about Octus, review public proof examples, submit interest, and book a scoping conversation. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, copy it for misleading purposes, or present Octus materials as your own.
Service information
Public descriptions, examples, pricing ranges, and deliverables are provided for general information. Actual scope, timelines, fees, responsibilities, data access, and deliverables are set in a separate written agreement.
A scoping call does not create a client relationship by itself. It is a practical conversation to understand your event, the next conversation it needs to support, and whether Octus is a fit.
Data and evidence
Octus work depends on the evidence available for an event, venue, audience, sponsor, or partner question. Any claim we help make should match the source evidence and the confidence level behind it.
- Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.
- Do not submit private attendee data unless a signed agreement allows it.
- Do not use Octus language to overstate, hide, or misrepresent evidence.
Intellectual property
The Octus name, logo, website copy, visual system, reports, frameworks, and public materials belong to Octus or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site, but you may not reproduce or resell the materials without permission.
No guarantees
Octus helps teams make stronger, clearer event reports. We do not guarantee sponsor renewals, funding awards, revenue outcomes, search rankings, or partner decisions.
Privacy
Website and inquiry data are handled according to the Octus Privacy Policy.
